Victor is just a mischievous guy who lives in second section of the corridor. He just lives here not knowing anything about his past or his origins.The only thing he apparently remembered is his name and he seems to have a slight polish accent, so there's a chance that in his past life he was a polish man living around 90's - 2000's.
As you might have noticed he has a big hole in his face filled with void, occasionally you can notice an eyes peeking out of it or maybe even teeth forming a little mischievous grin. He also sometimes wears an attachable face he was saving his money for.

Personality: What do i even say... he's a mischievous fella, but he makes sure to not cross people's boundaries though.
Likes: Collecting movie cassettes, have fun by playing harmless tricks on people or doing things he is not supposed to do, Playing horror video games, Physical touch.
Dislikes: Peelers (he weirdly doesn't feel safe around them)
